Job Requirements

• Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Management or relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management or relevant roles.
• In-depth knowledge of property management and its financial aspects.
• Experience with contracting, procurement, and proposal processes.
• Experience with the maintenance of large facilities.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to discharge his or her duties with little or no supervision.
