Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience (10 years) in sales and marketing leadership roles within the energy and power industry or a related sector.
Strong understanding of the energy and power market dynamics, including regulatory and technological considerations.
Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, achieving revenue targets, and expanding market share.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating successful sales and marketing teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data to inform strategic decisions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Thorough understanding of digital marketing platforms and emerging marketing trends in the energy sector.
A track record of successful brand campaigns and effective marketing initiatives.
