Job Title: Sales Promoter
Location: Lagos

Job Brief
- We are looking for an Open Market Sales Promoter to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business.
Responsibilities
- To assist in executing plans and developing promotional strategies that balance customers’ expectations and the company’s objectives.
- Engage in the redistribution of products in the assigned area
- Maintain a cordial relation with retailers and wholesalers
- Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock
- Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales
- Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
- To spread products across retailers and wholesalers.
- Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets
- Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clearouts etc.
- Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a BSc, NCE, OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 – 5 years of work experience.
- Proven working experience in market sales
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences
- Skilled in sales for FMCG products
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening, customer relation management
- Good reporting sales activities
- Female sales promoters are preferred.
Salary
- N40,000 – N100,000 monthly.
