Job Requirements

• Bachelors’s Degree in Banking, Accounting, or a Finance related field
• Master’s Degree in a Finance related field
• CBIN
• Relevant managerial training in the Banking sector
• At least 6 years as a Banking Officer with 3 years in a supervisory capacity.

Ideal candidates should possess strong knowledge of:

• Applicable Bank and branch policies
• Procedures and support systems
• Supervisory skill

• Bank products and consumer lending
