Job Title:Senior Program Officer, Alive & Thrive
Location: Nigeria (Any)
Job Type: Full time

 Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or its international equivalent in Health, Nutrition, International development, Public Health, Communication and Social Marketing, Gender, or Related Fields.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience with projects management principles and practices
  • Project Management (PM) Certification preferred.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English. Additional French language proficiency preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently, independently, to assess priorities and competently complete a variety of activities with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ability to work effectively both as a team member and independently.
  • Prior work experience in a non-governmental organization (NGO), government agency, or private organization.
  • International or Domestic (US) Program Development or Program management preferred.
  • Ability to implement activities with minimal oversight and supervision.
  • Experience working on contract implementation that includes budget preparation and financial management a plus.
