Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Provide Research Support
- Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, and feedback on services
- Keeping up to date on all services and informing customers of new services
- Answering customers’ questions on the products.
- Meeting sales quotas.
- Visiting potential clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- B.Sc Degree in related fields
- 1 – 3 years relevant work experience.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent use of Microsoft office suites.
Salary
N80,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
