The U.S. State Travel Department announced on 1st September 2021 that it has Officially Open Registration for the Diversity Visa Program for Fiscal Year 2023, also known as the “Visa Lottery”. For qualified applicants who meet the shortlist criteria to APPLY.

How to Apply for the Diversity Visa Lottery 2023 Program

Green Card DV-Lottery applications are only accepted online and the US Government does not accept paper applications anymore.

• Go to DV lottery 2023 registration portal at https://www.usadiversitylottery.com/green-card-lottery-registration/ Escorte ebene to fill in the form as required. 
• click on take the test to ensure you qualify to enter the DV-Lottery
• Pay the administrative DV-Lottery Application fee
• Receive your registration number and password to your account
• Log in to your account and complete/change your information
• Provide/upload photos of yourself and any co-applicant
• Submit your Green Card DV-Lottery application
• Check online if you won your Green Card in the Lottery
• The US Government will notify the winners by regular postal mail

Green Card Lottery Application Deadline

The application process will stay until 30th November 2021.
