Activities

• A Machine Operator sets up, operates, and maintains production machinery. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring product quality. The role requires adherence to safety protocols, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Operating Equipment:Safely and efficiently operating tractors, combines, plows, harvesters, and other farming machinery for planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
• Routine Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance checks, such as oil changes, lubrication, and part replacements, to ensure machinery functions properly.
• Field Preparation: Preparing fields for planting by operating equipment to till, seed, and fertilize soil.
• Harvesting: Using machinery to harvest crops, ensuring minimal waste and maintaining product quality.
• Troubleshooting Issues:Identifying and fixing mechanical problems quickly to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
• Safety Compliance:Following all safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Record Keeping: Keeping accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and any repairs performed.
