Job Title: Station Manager
Job Summary
- The Station Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the retail station.
- This includes monitoring sales performance, evaluating operational efficiency, and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- The manager will also ensure compliance with HSE standards, coordinate with the marketing team to promote products, and lead and develop the station staff.
Requirements
- HND/ B.Sc. in Social science, Management, Accounting, Finance or Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience in the Retail Marketing/Sales/Business Development.
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical and reporting skills required. Physical fitness.
