Job Title: Real Estate Operations Manager
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to manage property development and acquisitions.
- Supervise budgets, timelines, and quality standards for all real estate projects.
- Maintain all administrative records, contracts, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian real estate regulations and policies.
- Provide reports and updates to the business owner on progress and challenges.
Requirements
- Qualification: HND / BSc in relevant
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of Nigerian real estate laws and construction practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with project management tools like Trello or Microsoft Project.
- Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
- 3+ years of experience in project or operations management (real estate experience preferred).
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 net per month.
