Job Title: Hotel Sales Executive
Job Overview
- Responsible for driving hotel revenue by acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships, and promoting rooms, events, and F&B services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop business opportunities (corporate, MICE, weddings, etc.).
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
- Conduct sales calls, site visits, and negotiations to close deals.
- Work with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist in promotional campaigns and represent the hotel at industry events.
- Track sales performance and prepare reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- 2 – 5 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality or banking.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
