Job Title: Lead Sales Representative
Summary
- A Principal Sales Staff Officer is a senior-level sales professional who leads a team of sales staff and is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- They are also responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the sales team, including coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets

- Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers
- Represent the company at industry events
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales management
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
