Job Title: Financial Controller (FINCON)

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, financial planning, and risk management.
• Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and controls.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional qualification preferred).
• 8 years proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior finance role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
