Job Title: Experienced Digital Marketer (Online Course Sales)
Main Mission
- As an Experienced Digital Marketer for Online Course Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to increase the visibility, appeal, and sales of online courses. You will work closely with educational and sales teams to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for potential learners.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development and Management:
- Develop and implement lead acquisition strategies across digital channels (email marketing, social media ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc.).
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and Google Ads.
- Create effective sales funnels to convert leads into customers.
- Set KPIs for performance (CPC, CPL, ROI) and analyze results to optimize campaigns.
Content Creation and Communication Support:
- Write compelling copy for sales pages, email campaigns, ads, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design visuals and videos to promote courses.
- Design and update landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance data (Google Analytics, CRM, etc.) to adjust marketing strategies.
- Track the customer lifecycle: acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Provide regular performance reports to the marketing and sales teams.
Customer Retention:
- Develop strategies for re-engagement and retention of previous customers to encourage additional course purchases.
- Implement nurturing campaigns to guide customers through their learning journey.
Competitive Research and Market Trends:
- Continuously monitor industry trends and competitors in the online course market.
- Suggest improvements and innovations to integrate into course offerings.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work with content teams to ensure courses are properly positioned in the market.
- Coordinate with technical teams for platform management and course delivery.
Profile Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the online education or e-learning industry.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in managing advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Experience using CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and web analytics (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Familiarity with online course platforms (Teachable, Thinkific, Kajabi, etc.).
- Creative and Writing Skills: Excellent ability to write impactful content for diverse target audiences.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on insights.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (content, technical, sales, etc.).
- Personal Qualities: Proactive, autonomous, problem-solving mindset, and results-driven.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in selling high-value online courses (continuing education, certification, coaching).
- Knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- Expertise in managing online community engagement (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
