Job Title: Maintenance Manager (Electrical & Electronics)
Job Summary
- An expert in electrical and electronic engineering is needed to manage a complex maintenance environment within a poultry or cold chain facility.
- This is a strategic leadership role ensuring technical excellence and zero downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all electrical and electronic maintenance operations
- Develop and implement maintenance programs and SOPs
- Troubleshoot and repair high-tech equipment
- Maintain records of service and performance logs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements
- Collaborate with senior management on infrastructure planning
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- 7 years in industrial maintenance, preferably in poultry or cold care
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of automation and control systems.
