Job Title: Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and monitor implementation of assigned project components.
- Lead team of staff and partners to achieve project objec ves.
- Develop and track project melines, budgets, and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with M&E, finance, and grants departments to ensure compliance.
- Prepare regular reports and contribute to donor submissions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in development programs.
- Experience managing gender-focused or women’s empowerment ini a ves is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate complex ac vi es.
- Familiarity with results-based management (RBM) and logical frameworks.
Other Requirements:
- Nigerian citizenship or valid work permit.
- Strong commitment to gender equality and women’s empowerment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confiden ality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Team player with excellent communication and management skills.
