Job Title: Controller
Location: Abuja, Nigeria
Responsibilities
- To plan, execute and coordinate business operations
- The ideal candidate should have experience and knowledge of accounting procedures, business management and ability to motivate personnel to perform at their maximum capacity.
- Overseeing daily business operations and reporting to Director
- Implementing growth strategies
- Training low-level managers and staff
- Creating and managing budgets
- Improving revenue
- Evaluating performance and productivity
- Analyzing accounting and financial data
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities
- Coordinating reports and presentations, etc
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or relevant field
- Master’s Degree is desirable
- Previous experience in a similar position is a plus
- Thorough knowledge of basic business management procedures and principles
- Awareness of business trends
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizing and leadership skills
- Commercial awareness
- Analytical mind
- Must be willing to travel in Nigeria.
