Job Requirements
- Must possess a BSc in Human Resources Management or Social Sciences with professional certification or membership of CIPM.
- 8 – 12 years work experience.
- Must work experience as a Head of HR Operations or similar role.
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems.
- Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs.
- Good knowledge of labor legislation with Leadership abilities.
