 Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment industry.
• Experience in the staffing/recruitment Industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with modern business tools.
