Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Job Brief
- We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Officer to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties in our organisation & also assist in administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide a friendly environment for clients
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Creating content & promoting the brand
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.).
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in any relevant field of study
- 1 plus years experience as front desk representative, secretary or related positions
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office,Ms Excel ( knowledge on Corel draw is an added advantage)
- Strong communication,good organizational skill & multi tasking.
Salary
N50,000 Monthly.
