Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Responsibilities
- Handling guest inquiries and complaints:Answering questions, providing information, and resolving issues
- Promoting hotel services:Promoting hotel services, seasonal packages, and loyalty programs
- Administrative duties:Maintaining the front desk, following standard operating procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety and health policies
- Communicating with other departments:Communicating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Greeting guests:Welcoming guests and providing a great first impression
- Managing reservations:Taking reservations, updating guest information, and ensuring bookings are accurate
- Check-in and check-out:Registering guests, allocating rooms, and managing the check-out process.
Requirements
- HND / OND qualification with 2 years of experience.
