Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Hospital Administrator
Job Summary
- The Personal Assistant (PA) provides administrative support to the Hospital Administrator, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and facilitating effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Hospital Administrator’s schedule, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
- Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency.
- Liaise with staff, patients, and external stakeholders as required.
Requirements
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
- Previous experience as a PA or in a similar role.

Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
