Job Title: Gym Instructor

Responsibilities

• Demonstrating exercises: Show clients how to perform exercises and use equipment safely and correctly
• Creating exercise plans: Assess clients’ fitness levels and create personalized exercise programs
• Tracking progress: Monitor clients’ physical progress and adapt their programs as needed
• Enforcing safety: Ensure clients follow safety and hygiene guidelines, and monitor equipment use
• Providing advice: Offer advice on nutrition, lifestyle, and healthy habits
• Leading classes: Lead group exercise classes and one-on-one sessions
• Providing first aid: Provide emergency first aid or CPR if needed
• Maintaining equipment: Keep equipment in good condition and ensure the gym is clean and free of hazards
• Updating records: Keep client records up to date.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / OND qualification with at least 3 years work experience.
