Job Title: Sales Representative
Job Description
- Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefits and needs analysis if existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Ensure prompt payment collections.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and customers within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the tertiary/market’s potential track sales and sales reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics and other related field.
- 3+ years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Negotiation skills
- Prospecting skills.
- Relationship building.
- Self motivated.
Salary
Negotiable.
