Job Title: System Administrator / ICT Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the hospital’s IT infrastructure.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the hospital’s data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly.
• Oversee network administration and ensure optimal performance.
• Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to support their IT needs.
• Manage IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with all IT-related regulatory and safety standards.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies.
• Proficiency in system networking, server management (Linux), and basic software support.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Project management skills and experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
