Responsibilities

• Healthy Meal Preparation: Creating balanced, healthy meals that align with the Centre’s wellness philosophy, including vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary preferences.
• Vegan Supplements Integration: Incorporating vegan supplements and other health-focused ingredients into meal plans to support clients’ wellness goals.
• Menu Development: Designing creative and seasonal menus that emphasize wholesome, fresh, and nutrient-rich ingredients.
• Food Presentation: Ensuring meals are presented in an appealing manner to enhance the dining experience.
• Inventory Management: Managing kitchen inventory, sourcing high-quality ingredients, and ensuring minimal waste.
• Compliance with Hygiene Standards: Maintaining the highest standards of kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
• Customer Interaction: Occasionally engaging with clients to understand their dietary preferences or offer personalized meal recommendations.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with the wellness team to provide a holistic approach to client well-being.

Requirements

Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 / Month
