Job Title: Farm Portfolio Assistant
Description
- The Farm Portfolio Assistant is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of farm owners and their estates.
- They ensure that all data is up to date and communicate effectively with owners regarding their farm investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update detailed records of farm owners and their portfolios.
- Ensure accurate documentation of ownership, payments, and agreements.
- Communicate regularly with farm owners to provide updates and address inquiries.
- Collaborate with the portfolio manager and administrative officer to manage portfolio-related data.
- Prepare and present reports on portfolio performance to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other database tools.
