Job Title: Farm Administrative Officer
Description
- The Farm Administrative Officer is responsible for maintaining farm records, managing HR duties, and keeping an accurate inventory of farm properties and data.
- They ensure smooth administrative operations across the farm.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain records of farm activities, including operations, supplies, and employee data.
- Handle HR-related tasks such as employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination.
- Oversee inventory management, including tools, equipment, and stock.
- Manage data collection and reporting for farm operations.
- Serve as a liaison between farm staff and management for administrative issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other data management tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
