Job Title: Farm Managing Director
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement farm strategies and policies. • Oversee day-to-day operations of the entire farm.
- Coordinate with farm supervisors to ensure effective management of various farm sections.
- Monitor budgets, financial performance, and ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and safety standards.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including farm owners, partners, and clients.
- Report progress and challenges to the board and provide strategic insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related fields.
- Proven experience in farm management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of agricultural best practices and technologies.
