Job Title: Farm Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily activities on assigned portions of the farm.
- Supervise farmworkers and ensure tasks are carried out effectively.
- Monitor crop health, livestock, or other farming operations in their area.
- Report progress, challenges, and resource needs to the MD.
- Maintain equipment and oversee its proper usage.
- Implement pest control and disease prevention measures where applicable.
Requirements
- Diploma or OND
- Prior experience in farm supervision.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle physical farm activities when required.
