Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
- We are looking for a customer-focused and results-driven Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and chat.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and promoting our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior staff
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years of customer service experience; experience in a call center environment an asset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
