Job Title: Business Development Executive

Role Overview

• ‎The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales initiatives within the electrical engineering sector.

‎Key Responsibilities
‎

• ‎Identify and generate new business opportunities in the electrical engineering industry.
• ‎Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitor landscape.
• ‎Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
• ‎Develop tailored proposals and presentations that align with client requirements and business goals.
• ‎Work closely with the engineering and technical teams to ensure that project deliverables meet client expectations.
• ‎Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close business deals effectively.
• ‎Provide technical insights and support during sales meetings and client discussions.
• ‎Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.
• ‎Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications using CRM software.
• ‎Track and report on sales performance metrics and business development activities.

‎Qualifications
‎

• ‎Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the engineering or technical sector.
• ‎Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and technologies.
• ‎Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• ‎Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling business proposals.
• ‎Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• ‎Strong network in the electrical engineering or related industries.
