Job Title: Electronic Top Up / Distribution Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage interface with 3rd party supplier on all ERS and café issues
• Execute Software upgrades and patches. 
• Assist with the development of processes and procedures and ensuring they are adhered to.
• Ensure 100% availability of Seamless ERS and café application.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all ERS and café reports to internal stakeholders.
• Manage operations, Maintenance & Administration (OAM) support of the CRM tool (Siebel) and platform.
• Ensure all documentations and SOPs are up to date and enforce Quality Assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any related discipline. 
• Master’s Degree in Computer Science would be added advantage.

Experience, Attributes & Skills Required:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience directing and diagnostics of computer performance. 
• A high level of interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills, technical knowledge of IT, and the ability to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management team.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
