Job Title: Commercial Lead (Product Launch & Market Strategy)
Job Summary
- We are looking for a strategic and innovative Commercial Lead to spearhead the launch and commercialization of a new product line. The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in commercial strategy, sales, or business development, with a proven track record of implementing go-to-market (GTM) and route-to-market (RTM) strategies. This role is vital to ensuring successful product market entry and long-term revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute GTM and RTM plans tailored to product goals and market dynamics.
- Identify, build, and manage distribution networks and key commercial partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to inform pricing and promotional strategies.
- Lead sales planning initiatives and identify opportunities to expand market reach.
- Manage key customer relationships and foster strong client engagement.
- Collaborate with leadership to align sales targets with business objectives.
- Track sales metrics and market feedback to refine commercial strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Stay abreast of industry innovations and adjust tactics accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial strategy, business development, or product marketing.
- Experience launching new products in emerging markets is highly desirable.
