Job Title: Customer Representative
Job Description
- We are looking for a friendly, articulate, and customer-focused Customer Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our guests.
- This person will play a vital role in ensuring customers have a positive experience from the moment they step in, managing queries, resolving concerns, and maintaining the restaurant’s high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and professionally as they arrive.
- Assist guests with seating, ordering, and general inquiries.
- Handle reservations and manage waitlists when necessary.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and politely.
- Provide accurate information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth customer service.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception and dining area.
- Record and relay customer feedback to management.
- Support team members with tasks as needed during peak hours.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, and other related fields.
- 3–4 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a front desk role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Well-groomed appearance and friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer skills for handling reservations and records.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A team player who is passionate about creating great experiences for customers.
