Job Title: Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the supermarket/Pharmacy, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage and supervise supermarket staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed to maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of products.
• Implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability, including merchandising and promotional activities.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. Degree in any related field of study
• 1-2 years of experience working in a supermarket or retail environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and procedures.
• Familiarity with POS systems and other retail software.
