Job Title: Store Incharge (Mechanical)

Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a competent and experienced Store In-Charge to manage the chemical and spare parts store.
• The ideal candidate must have a strong background in inventory management within a manufacturing or mechanical environment and demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the chemical and spare parts store.
• Ensure proper inventory control, documentation, and stock accuracy.
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely material availability.
• Maintain safe storage practices for chemicals and mechanical components.
• Monitor stock levels, prepare stock reports, and flag reordering needs.
• Generate reports and analysis using Microsoft Excel (e.g., stock movement, consumption trends).
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and safety protocols.

Requirements

• A Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or mechanical industry.
• Strong understanding of spare parts and chemical inventory handling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead store operations efficiently.

Salary
N500,000 net monthly.
