Job Title: Technology Deployment Officer

Job Purpose

Responsible for deployment and monitoring of modern technology by providing technical support to sales team to emplace confidence in Topfeeds products in the designated region.

Responsibilities

Implement and monitor technologically innovative programs and extend innovation/development to farmer by providing training and guidance to farmers on how to achieve best yield from Topfeeds products in the assigned region.
Responsible for monitoring the activities/journey plan of the Technology Deployment Officer in assigned region through adequate supervision of programs which supports B2B of Topfeeds products.
Provide Technical support to the sales team in the assigned region by swiftly responding to farm emergencies, actively participate in Go-To-Market (GTM) and other knowledge sharing sessions to improve the loyalty of farmers/customers to Topfeeds products.
Manage the technological interface between management and customers/farmers by collecting and collating data and reports from the field and reporting same to management for effective decision making.
Perform other functions as instructed by the Management.

Qualifications / Experience

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or related qualification.
Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.

The Person Must:

Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Be proactive and solution-oriented.
Be organized and capable of planning, executing, and supervising field programs and product demonstrations.
Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
