Job Title: Senior Guard – Cement Industry

Description

Manning of beats
Access control of staff, visitors and customers entering into the company and the three housing estates.
Enforcement of company rules and regulations.
Reporting to supervisors on daily basis issues concerning security
Conduct daily patrol of beats to ascertain the security situations
Proper handing and taking over of beats.
Protection of life and properties of the company.
Ensure implementation of:
- NIS ISO 14001: 2015 EMS
- NIS ISO 9001: 2015 QMS
- NIS ISO 14001: 2018 OHSMS.

Requirements

Primary School Certificate (Preferably WASC / SSCE / GCE) + 10 years experience in industrial security / Government Intelligence Agencies / Armed Forces.
Effective communication.
Good interpersonal relationship.
Ability to work under pressure.
