About Leading Upstream Oil & Gas Company: A leading independent Upstream Oil & Gas Company in Nigeria with active operator-ship of prolific blocks, based on their current expansion and development programs, is recruiting experienced, intelligent and resourceful candidates.

Job Requirements

Minimum of Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in a core Engineering discipline.
A Master’s Degree or equivalent will be an added advantage.
A minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant experience in the oil industry with a proven track record of engineering and production operations management.
Must be capable of applying operational, engineering and management principles to resolve problems and optimize hydrocarbon production enhancement opportunities . Candidate must be good in using petroleum experts’ MBAL/PROPSPER/GAP software.
In depth knowledge of Production, Facilities, Well engineering and subsurface modelling.
Must be competent to prepare and champion completion and other reservoir simulation /dynamic modelling, material balance and other reservoir modelling runs to understand reservoir behaviour.
Must have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills to work in a multidisciplinary and multi-tasking team in full field development planning, execution and management.
Must be result oriented and committed to company goals.
Must be very strong in general reservoir engineering production optimization, well interventions and work-over opportunity generation, interfacing with drilling and operations teams.
Must have a proven ability to plan / lead projects and must be able to work under pressure.
