Job Requirements

• O’level or equivalent qualification. A Degree in Fashion Design or a related field is a plus.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Head Tailor or similar role in garment manufacturing.
• Expert knowledge of tailoring techniques and equipment.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of garment construction and production processes.
• Ability to interpret garment designs and patterns.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
