Job Requirements
- B.Sc in Human Resources Management or its equivalent.
- At least 15 years working experience in human resources or related fields.
- Proven work experience as HRM in oil and gas.
- Ability to create and maintain a positive work environment.
- Experience in training staff.
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and dispute resolution.
- Experience in upholding and adhering to workplace confidentiality.
- Ability to give presentations.
- Knowledge of pertinent health and safety laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Mastery of all legal requirements.
- Professional certification is mandatory ( CIPM, PHRI e.t.c).
