Job Requirements

• B.Sc in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager within the construction industry.
• Previous experience in heavy equipment sales (backhoe loaders, bulldozer, soil compactors, etc.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities within existing and new clients.
• Experienced in the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing.
• Strong networking and business development skills.
• Excellent communication skills (Written and Oral).
