Job Title: Learning and Development Supervisor

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Travel: The role would require a minimum of 30% travel to operating markets

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a mobility or transportation company.
Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
A commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
