- Bachelor’s Degree / MBA / M.Sc
- 8-10 years of relevant relationship banking experience

- Deposit mobilization skills, Strong Risk Asset creation and Management skills
- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Other Skill Sets required to excel and manage HNIs
- Should be power dressers with natural flare for looking good
