Responsibilities
- Prompt and timely dispatch of orders to customers
- Proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
- Ensuring all deliveries are made within specified time limits whilst abiding to road traffic and speed regulations.
- Communicating with customers effectively to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Possession of a working mobile phone.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends.
- At least one(1) year of experience working in food retail or service industry.
Skill:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Numerical and literacy skills.
- Attention to detail.
- In-depth understanding of customer service
- Up-to-date knowledge of food safety and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the road terrain of Abuja.
- Possess excellent customer service knowledge.
