Job Title: Production Technician (UAV Production Facility)

Job Description

• The Production Technician Unit in UAV manufacturing is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate assembly of components, systems integration, and overall production processes.
• This unit works to support various stages of UAV production, from assembly to testing, ensuring that quality standards are met and that each UAV is built to specification.

Responsibilities

• Assemble UAV components, including airframes, motors, propellers, sensors, wiring, and avionics systems.
• Inspect incoming parts and materials for quality and conformity to specifications.
• Integrate electrical, mechanical, and avionics systems into the UAV, ensuring proper alignment and fitment.
• Perform wiring and soldering tasks to connect UAV components and subsystems.
• Conduct basic functional tests on assembled UAVs, including power systems, flight controllers, and communication systems.
• Perform quality assurance checks throughout the assembly process to ensure UAVs meet design and functional specifications
• Perform routine maintenance on UAV systems, including repairs or replacements of faulty parts as wellas Troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues and provide solutions to ensure continuous production.
