Job Description

• Our client is seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to design, maintain, and improve electrical systems and equipment.
• The successful candidate will have a proven ability to manage electrical projects and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement electrical systems and components for new and existing projects.
• Perform regular maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
• Create and review technical diagrams, schematics, and specifications.
• Oversee installation processes and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct tests and inspections to ensure systems are functioning efficiently and safely.
• Manage budgets and schedules for electrical engineering projects.
• Research and recommend innovative technologies to enhance efficiency.
• Train and supervise junior engineers and technicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrical engineer.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD Electrical or MATLAB.
• Certification with COREN or NSE (Nigerian Society of Engineers) is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
