Job Description

• Events: Move furniture and equipment to set up rooms for events
• Security: Respond to safety and security issues
• Parking: Park and retrieve guest cars
• Housekeeping: Keep public areas tidy and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Transportation: Arrange taxis and book tickets
• Delivery: Deliver post, newspapers, snacks, meals, and drinks to guests
• Night duties: Overnight porters may be responsible for security and checking in and out guests
• Welcoming guests: Greet guests and make them feel welcome
• Luggage: Carry guests’ luggage to their rooms
• Information: Answer questions about the hotel, local attractions, and booking tours
• Reservations: Make reservations and book tickets
• Errands: Run errands, such as picking up dry cleaning
• Messages: Take messages
• Directions: Give directions to hotel amenities.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of FSLC / NCE / OND with 2 – 5 years experience.

Salary
N55,000 – N70,000 Monthly.
