Job Title: Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Management: Oversee the inbound logistics of Customer Orders
• Order Fulfillment: Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen staff and delivery partners for accurate and timely dispatch of food orders.
• Fleet & Delivery Coordination: Manage relationships with third-party delivery providers and optimize routing for efficiency.
• Inventory & Stock Control: Work closely with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and ensure just-in-time replenishment.
• Logistics Optimization: Implement strategies to reduce delivery times, minimize errors, and enhance overall efficiency.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all transportation and handling processes comply with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Technology Utilization: Use logistics software, tracking systems, and POS platforms to streamline operations.
• Cost Management: Monitor and control logistics expenses to improve profitability.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues related to delivery delays, supply shortages, or transportation disruptions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, facility managers, and suppliers to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in logistics, supply chain, or operations management (preferably in food delivery, cloud kitchens, or hospitality).
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Technology: Proficiency in logistics software, delivery tracking tools, and inventory management systems.
• Knowledge: Understanding of food safety regulations, transportation logistics, and kitchen supply chains.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to oversee warehouse and kitchen logistics operations as needed.
